Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Handmade and personalized items (engraved combs, custom hair sticks) may require 3–7 business days processing before shipment.
Handmade items are made to order. Minor extra processing time ensures your item is freshly crafted and individually inspected before it ships.

Packaging
Wooden items are individually wrapped in tissue paper and cushioned to prevent scratching or cracking during transit. Fabric accessories (scrunchies, headbands, hair ties) are packed flat in protective pouches. All orders are shipped in sturdy outer packaging.
