2. Our Products
All products sold on bellaallurehair.com are physical, natural hair accessories — including wooden combs, wood and bamboo hair clips, silk and linen scrunchies, embroidered headbands, handmade hair ties, wooden hair forks and sticks, and natural accessory gift sets. We do not sell chemical products, synthetic treatments, or liquid hair care of any kind.
3. Natural Variation
Our products are handmade from natural materials including wood, bamboo, silk, linen, and organic cotton. Natural variations in wood grain, tone, texture, and fabric pattern are expected and are a sign of authenticity. These variations are not defects and are not grounds for return.
4. Personalized Orders
Engraved or custom-made items are non-cancellable once production has begun and are non-refundable unless the item arrives defective. Processing for personalized items may take 3–7 additional business days.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Stripe. All transactions are SSL encrypted. We do not store payment card details.
6. Shipping

8. Care Instructions
Wooden accessories should be kept away from prolonged moisture and excessive heat. Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Fabric accessories (scrunchies, headbands, hair ties) can be gently hand-washed in cool water unless otherwise stated on the product listing. We are not liable for damage caused by improper care.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
