Return Window & Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by your order number.
Natural variation is not a defect. Wood grain, color tone, and minor differences in texture between pieces are natural characteristics of handmade goods — they are signs of authenticity, not manufacturing errors.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-engraved items (non-refundable unless defective)
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Final Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Return
Email Us — Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Instructions — We respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and packing guidance.
Pack and Ship — Return the item in its original protective packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refund Issued — Once received and inspected (1–3 business days), refund issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your wooden comb, hair clip, or accessory arrives cracked, broken, or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
